Home baking in my tiny kitchen

Baking in a tiny kitchen is not easy. The dishes easily pile up into a mountain, the sink is not deep enough, Mom and I often bump into each other, and it can easily get crazy during holidays and festive events.

Even though there isn't enough space, Mom and I still manage to bake pretty treats that will surely be a feast for your eyes and palate. It's all about the quality of ingredients that makes food palatable. Surely, the cheap ones doesn't burn a hole in one's pocket, but it will pierce your palate and you wish that you've never tasted that kind of food. Well, crappy food is not and will never be served in our kitchen. Mom and I have sensitive palates developed through several tastings done at baking school.

Here are some of the baked treats that Mom and I prepared in our tiny kitchen. Rest assured, the taste and design is not compromised.
Deluxe Chocolate Cupcakes
Choco Hazelnut Bars
Red Velvet Cake Pops

Lemon Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting
Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

These are just some of the baked treats we made. I'll be posting more pictures soon.

I hope you'll like my blog.

Happy reading, salivating and baking,

Loi
